  • Co-Founder and Managing Partner

    Adrian Bejarano is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of OlivePoint Capital, where he serves on the firm's Investment Committee and oversees the firm's real estate acquisitions, development, and asset management. Prior to co-founding OlivePoint, Adrian spent 10 years at CIM Group, where he held the position of Managing Director and was responsible for portfolio oversight of the firm's $10 billion+ opportunistic strategy. This included portfolio strategy and composition, asset management, and investment priorities of the company's opportunistic investments across multiple asset classes, such as residential, office, retail, industrial, hospitality, and studio, across North America.

    Before joining CIM Group, Adrian was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and a corporate and real estate attorney. Adrian holds a J.D degree from the University of Costa Rica and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate Management School of Business.

  • Co-Founder and Managing Partner

    John Bruno is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of OlivePoint Capital, where he serves on the firm's Investment Committee and oversees the firm's real estate acquisitions, development, and asset management. Prior to co-founding OlivePoint, John spent 14 years at CIM Group, where he held the position of Partner and was a member of the Investment Committee. During his tenure at CIM Group, John was responsible for setting strategy and managing the company's real estate equity investment and asset management business across North and South America, which was a multi-strategy portfolio of approximately $20 billion in AUM and 60 professionals, making it the company's largest investment vertical. His expertise covers a range of asset classes, including residential, office, retail, industrial, hospitality, and studio, as well as risk profiles such as core, value-add, opportunistic, and development.

    John began his career in investment banking at Banc of America Securities after earning degrees in Political Science and Finance from Southern Methodist University. He also holds an MBA from the University of California - Berkeley Haas School of Business.

  • Vice President

    David Garza is a Vice President at OlivePoint Capital, where he is actively involved in the firm's real estate acquisitions, development, and asset management. Prior to joining OlivePoint David served as CFO of Homie, one of Mexico’s top startups in the Proptech space. David also served as Associate Vice President at CCLA Group where he focused in the origination, acquisition, management, financing and disposition of assets across the Mexican and Colombian markets. During his tenure in CCLA, he co-led the investments team for both markets and was responsible for structuring the firm’s Colombian fund, the first of its class created specifically for a traditional banking institution.

    David began his career in Real Estate at Hoteles City Express, where he served as Head of Asset Management after earning his degree in Business (Finance Mayor) at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) in Mexico City, where he has also completed certifications in Real Estate Law and Contract Law.

  • Miranda Ramírez is an Analyst at OlivePoint Capital, where she is involved in the firm’s real estate acquisitions, development and asset management. Prior to joining OlivePoint, Miranda was a Commercial Strategy Coordinator at Homie, one of Mexico’s leading startups in the Proptech domain, where she was responsible for generating commercial metrics and C-level KPIs, as well as devising and implementing strategic projects. Miranda began her academic journey at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), where she graduated with a double major in Business Engineering and Business Management, along with additional certifications in Programming and Web Development from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM).


  • Co-Founder and Managing Partner

    Ricardo Goldberg is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of OlivePoint Capital, where he serves on the firm's Investment Committee and oversees the firm's investor relations. Prior to co-founding OlivePoint, Ricardo spent 12 years at CIM Group, where he held the position of Partner and was a member of the CCLA Investment Committee. During his time at CIM Group, Ricardo was responsible for founding and managing the company's business across Latin America, which was a residential for rent portfolio of approximately $1 billion in AUM and 90 professionals. Additionally, Ricardo was responsible for portfolio strategy, asset management, and investment priorities of the company's Separate Managed Accounts, which included investments across multiple asset classes, such as residential, office, and retail, in the U.S.

    Before joining CIM, Ricardo worked in investment banking at Merrill Lynch and as a Fixed Income Trader at the Central Bank of Mexico. Ricardo holds a degree in Computer Science and Finance from the Ibero University and an MBA from the University of Chicago - Booth School of Business.

  • Matthew is a VicePresident with OlivePoint Capital where he is responsible for sourcing and executing new investment opportunities for the firm’s Special Situations strategy. Prior to joining OlivePoint, Matthew was a Director at Turnbridge Equities, a real estate private equity fund and operator, where he initiated the firm’s west coast expansion and was responsible for market analysis and expertise, thesis generation, fostering industry relationships, and sourcing and executing investment opportunities.

    Prior to joining Turnbridge Matthew was on the investments team at CIM Group, a real estate private equity fund manager and operator, where he closed new acquisitions, credit investments, debt and equity capital raises, and oversaw development/execution for real estate assets totaling $1 billion+ across several major US markets.

    Matthew graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida, with minors in Business and Real Estate.
